Before access to the property is approved, the following items must be
completed.
- Fill out & submit the three forms shown below. All forms are in .PDF
format and require Adobe Reader.
- Provide a copy of the Production Company's liability insurance policy
showing "Randall Blayney" as a certificate holder. (Coverage minimum: $1,000,000.)
- Payment of fees in full. Checks should be made payable to Randall Blayney unless
otherwise instructed. NOTE: If payment is received 7 days
or less before the first day of use, the payment must be in the form of a money
order, cashier's check or cash.
Permits may be required by the County of Los Angeles. Contact the
Antelope Valley Film Office for more information.
